Welcome Back To The Delta Gun Shop And Clearwater Reboring !

Thanks for checking in with us again, we hope you will find everything you need, and that our new site will be informative and easy to navigate. We have been working on the web-site as an after-hours/spare time project, so it has been (and will continue to be) very slow progress.

Here in the custom shop and over on the Clearwater Reboring side our customers have been keeping us busy and have been very understanding of our growing pains as we try to get the remodeling of the shop and office completed. We still have a horizontal mill and a tracer lathe to get moved in and set up. When those little projects are finished we'll be in pretty fair shape for custom barrel-making.

We have been producing barrels with custom features such as 1/2 round and 1/2 octagon, or integral barrel furniture such as quarter ribs or sights. we hope the new additions to the machine shop line-up will allow these to be manufactured in a more timely fashion. These machines will likely not be up and running until late fall.

 

Clearwater Reboring has added new tooling...

We have added to our extensive tooling in the barrelmaking shop and have the capability to produce several calibers that were previously not on our list. Our selection of available chamber reamers continues to grow, including our selection of European and British offerings.

In the custom metalsmithing side of the Delta Gun Shop, I am able to handle caliber conversions as well as take care of your custom metalsmithing requirements. I perform all required custom metal work as the primary gunmaker on custom gun builds. I also do a lot of re-barreling, fabrication of sculpted bases, quarter ribs, and other modifications as upgrades to existing firearms. I don't do a lot of woodworking any more, preferring instead to work with a few very capable custom stockmakers that specialize in custom gunstocks.
